No, max. depth of the cut is only 2", which it would leave the pipe only flush with the ground d and there is an additional blade for trenching.
Not at all. Could try moisten the soil
The unit came with an oil pack of 20 ounces. That is what is recommended.
There is none.
Works well with my curb, which is tall. I use the last setting and works OK. The problem is when the curb tapers to the sidewalk. Basically on these areas I tend to just hold the unit up and let it work. I don't think anything would work well on these areas except the trimmer edger attachments and they bother my shoulders.
Hello rappo. The LE100 9 in. 140cc Tri-Tip Blade 4-Cycle Walk-Behind Gas Lawn Edger/Trencher curb feature works as follows: The curb height adjustment lever is found on the rear portion of the edger. When placed in an applicable notch, it aids in stabilizing the edger while edging grass along a curb. Thank you for your question.
Brought mine 2 months ago I would say the depth is around 3 to 4 inches
It would have to be very thin. I would worry about the brush contacting the plastic guard. A wire brush on asphalt is a bad idea, it will tend to melt the asphalt. How about using a string trimmer with wire string?
I have a curved driveway and it does fine. The wheels don’t steer, but you can work it around without much effort.
