Poor Quality
First time I used the 4 qt Dutch oven with plastic utensils, the stainless steel coating came off, leaving black spots all in the bottom of the dish.

Not hood with high heat
They are nice with weight but not sure if they are meant for gas stove as two of my pans are already getting stained... which is sad based on how much I paid for them

Would not recommend.
The sauté pans leave marks on the bottom after using. Wouldn’t recommend.

black marks in the cookware
The product is good, however, when you cook a food which is sour like Cranberries etc the steel inside the cookware turns black. This normally does not happen in pure stainless steel.

They’re beautiful hanging in my kitchen.
Don’t believe the negative reviews that say everything sticks. If you season the pan as directed, cook on lower heat (the pans are designed for this), let your meat warm up a bit out of the fridge and follow the cleaning instructions (hot water and soak) you will love this cookware and it’s ease of cleanup. They’re also beautiful hanging in my kitchen.
