Is fix-it-all waterproof?

I wouldn't use it where constant contact with water takes place like a swimming pool or pond or even were a lot of rain may contact it. I think it may warn against that on the package. I do know that it will hold moisture even in a dry environment as I've used it to form Kydex plastic parts and it draws enough water out to wipe water off the part when I take it off the mould I made from Fix It All. I think if it was sealed up with a paint or water seal it may hold up outdoors but I couldn't say for sure.
