I installed this product in tobacco brown (bathroom floor) and cape grey (shower walls and niche). In both cases, application was easy enough, de-hazing was to be expected, and the product seems average. The only concern I have is with the efflorescence. There are some areas that are quite a bit lighter than we had hoped. We used tap water and grouted about 3 days after installing the tile, so I'm sure either could have contributed to its discoloration. I tried using vinegar and then sulfuric acid and ultimately just settled with the discoloration for the grey, since it wasn't as drastic. For the tobacco brown, the areas that were dark were gorgeous but the variation was just too much so I used a colored grout sealer (a "grout paint") for the floor and it would definitely have been worth it to just start out with that instead of purchasing a specialty color just for it to not work.

My daughter did my tiling and we had some older sanded grout that did not take well and flaked. So we needed small amount to redo some areas. Luckily this color although not perfect match actually blended well with prior areas, you cannot tell which is which. It was simple to mix, but directions could be better for mixing smaller batches. It has been down for about 1.5 weeks and holding up very well.

The instructions were easy to follow. I had to repair a small section of tile in our bathroom door when we had to widen the door to make it handicap accessible. This picture is from right after I grouted it. It was easy to use and easy clean up.

This grout was easy to mix and work. The open time in a 76 degree room with A/C running was about an hour. I was grouting natural slate tile with 1/4" joints; I had pre-sealed the tile to make the grout easier to clean off and had no problem with grout haze. The only problem was that the color was MUCH lighter than this color sample on the website and on the manufacturer's brochure in the store. I had tried another gray that looked promising---too light. Then I tried "charcoal" which a lot of people in the Q&A said was dark gray---it was black in my opinion. I wanted something pretty close to the color of the dark gray slate. I did mix a small sample of each first but in the end I just gave up trying to get what I really wanted since I had a deadline for finishing the floor. I can live with it but it's a shame that they can't get the color samples closer! There's no need for them to be so far off. A little--sure. WAY off--no. I will add a closeup image of my finished floor with a bit of something solidly black in the corner to give perspective.
