Beware of Haze!!
First time trying premixed grout. It’s convenient until you’re stuck trying to remove the haze that won’t come out. Tried haze remover and it made it worse. Awful product stay clear!!!!

A little too clumpy at first. Needed some water. The bright white really brings out the color in the tiles and makes everything pop. Good product.

Do not expect it to match other platinum grout
I bought this product to grout wall trim tiles after already grouting the floor with normal platinum sanded grout. I purchased this in platinum assuming they would match. It is MUCH darker than the rest of my grout. I am lucky I just did the trim tile in it, but it’s still noticeable to me and I’m very disappointed. Don’t use this to match/patch/etc other grout!!

I hate this stuff, lol Every single time. I regret it, every time! It's an easy, quick way to apply grout, but you're left with A haze that is so hard to remove. You end up scrubbing the surface to remove the haze, along with too much grout from between the tile.. And it's not like cleaning up regular grout. It sticks to the surface, of everything, like paint or an adhesive. Mix your own grout

I have used this grout in the past and it has been great. Bought it again for another backsplash with 1/16" spacing. Need to use this quickly since it dries pretty quick. After getting it into the spacing, you need to start wiping with the sponge to get most of the grout off the tiles. I stuck with an 18"x18" area of grout and wipe. Looks great once it is all done.

Worst grout on the market.
Stay Away! I used the charcoal grout and ended up having to replace my tiles, leaves a blue residue and stains. Do not recommend. Floor and decor has much better products

This was my first time using premixed grout and it won't be the last! The consistency is gorgeous, the color was spot-on, and the application was quick and easy with no guessing or mess. I now have a perfect match still in the bucket for any future touch-ups or neighboring projects unlike unmixed which usually goes bad (from ambient moisture) by the time I want to use it again. Clean up of the tiles was also a breeze. I'm a convert!

Terrible
We started with this grout, as someone from Home Depot recommended it. It’s awful, couldn’t finish the job with it. It has left a residue all over my tile (very expensive tile mind you) that I literally cannot get off. It’s been a couple of months now trying to remove the residue.

Not sure why there are so many negative comments here
Bought this grout for a large tile project. Worked in small areas and cleaned up as I went along. Color was as advertised. My only issue was that i purchased one tub because product claimed it would cover my square footage, but i needed to buy another tub to finish. Otherwise a time/mess saving product over purchasing bagged/mix grout. Will see how well it holds up over time.
