How do you install the pop up stopper?

Asked by: Leo
Thank you for your inquiry. To remove the old stopper, go under the sink and remove the nut that holds the ball rod into the drain body. Pull back on the ball rod, then go back above the sink and lift the old stopper out. Drop in the new stopper, making sure that the opening at the bottom will be facing the ball rod when it's in place. Go back under the sink and insert the ball rod into the stopper, then tighten the nut that holds it in place, making sure that it's tight enough so that it doesn't leak, but not so tight the ball can't move.
