I order this product 3 times, the first time it was supposed to be sent to my house. They put the wrong zip code on it and it was sent back. The second time i called about the first time and they told me the would refund my money and asked if i wanted to reorder it and i said yes. the put the order in over the phone, made sure my address was corrected, when i got the email with the receipt, it had the zip code wrong again. So i canceled that order before it even shipped. Im still waiting for them to out the money back on my credit card. The third time i order it, i had it shipped to store. i went to install it and when i turned the water on the hot water side the water pressure pushed it out of the wall. I thought maybe i did not get it tight enough. i reinstalled and tried to tighten and it broke in the pipe. Thankfully it was the hot water side and not the cold water side because i currently do not have hot water because water shoots out the stem and i had to shut off the hot water tank, if it had been the cold water i would not have water at all. my husband called home depot and they said there was nothing they could do.
