First - Let me start with a bit of background. My wife and I have moved multiple times and have fixed them up as we went. I first discovered Extreme Stretch several years ago on one of those projects.
Our current house (and forever home!) is a very large antebellum home is in the South and has required a complete restoration (we are several years into it...with several more to go). We are doing much of the work ourselves as time permits.
I have used multiple brands and types of caulks through the years but Extreme Stretch fits the bill for all of my interior and exterior trim, door, and window needs. It is exceedingly easy to use, tool, and clean up. It is very easy to smooth in place using water (especially for a urethanized caulk!) and a finger or caulking finish tools. The final important part is that it has a very high adhesive ability -- it really sticks and stays where you want it during application with minimal sag. It really can stretch an amazing amount and is ideal for use in areas where movement is expected. When topped with a high quality latex paint, it allows significant amount of movement to keep all of your joints protected, tight, and aesthetically pleasing.
I have gone through dozens of tubes in the last several years as we continue to work on this house and expect that I will continue to go through it just as fast. I wouldn't use anything else for most of my interior and exterior needs.
Bottom Line: High quality multi-use caulking great for interior and exterior applications with great workability, minimal to no sag, and easy water tooling/cleanup.

The DAP Extreme Stretch Elastomeric Sealant works great. You do need to work fast because it dries quickly. We are renovating our home and we need a lot of caulking to do the jobs. It comes out smooth and is easy to work with. It cleans up well. It hides imperfections great. I generally put it on and then smooth it out; then using a damp paper towel, I clean the area up. I have attached 4 pictures to see. The 1st one is the bare joint (crown moulding); the 2nd one is with the caulking on it; the third one is the finished product after painting; the 4th one is the product used.. We will definitely purchase more when needed.

I had to reseal the roof of my Lani to the cage. This sealant was very easy to apply and work with. Although only time will tell how elastic it really is, for now it looks awesome.

Pretty standard caulk. I'd imagine the "stretch" part of the caulk would be primarily for places such as windows and doors to allow slight movement. DAP claims it seals joints of 3", but that is unlikely.
I opted to use it in the bathroom, as it's waterproof, and has all the other necessary requirements for wet places.
Application was easy, with the caulking leaving the tube smoothly.
One thing i would have liked is for the caulk to be more 'tacky' when it first comes out of the tube. Seems to not really want to stick to smooth tile surfaces without being pushed down.

The mortar on the bricks has always (30 years) looked like it needed repair because of the gap. It never got worse, but it still looked like it was falling out. I knew that regular caulk would droop in the larger holes.
This being for larger holes, I thought I'd try it. No drooping, went on smoothly and cleanly. It doesn't seem as sticky on the fingers when you wipe the excess off.

My patio cover has acrylic corrugated panels that are attached with self sealing screws, but a few of them would drip leak when it rained. So I got this sealant to put over the screws to seal them in. I put a little dab over each screw head using my caulk gun. The roof panels have a little flex to them, but this sealant can stretch and won’t crack, so it should remain water proof.

Was not sure how this sealant would work and wanted to try it out as nothing seamed to work well on metal roofing overlap seams, all would work for short time then leaks would start to show up. Test a little bit in the shop and it does stick to surface very will and does seem to stretch some and still hold. So went to roof and did 3 seams working great so far but have not had a big rain storm yet, and want to go thru a winter and into summer to see how will it holds up. Tests in shop worked great as tried with normal temp, then put in freezer then back out in full 90 deg sun and was doing great. Having high hopes for this product and sure it will do great.
