10 in. Open Top Tool Tote Utility Pouch Bag with Black Finish and 12 total pockets

I've been an electrician for almost 24 years. I've tried out many different tool carrying solutions and some I've liked and some, like the backpacks, not so much. I've worked in heavy construction, in remote polar stations and, now, I work in a steel mill. I purchased this bag about 8 years ago after getting very frustrated with a backpack. I found that I tended to carry around too much and could never really find what I needed without digging or, eventually, just dumping it out. I really liked my construction tool bags but they were too big, then one day, while shopping at HD, I came across this bag and it was like the sky opened up and dropped the perfectly sized tool bag right into my waiting hands. Some pros: Durability! This bag has lasted far longer than I would've expected! Well divided with inside pockets being appropriately sized, perfect number of outside sleeves and pockets for screwdrivers and strippers and utility knife. The handle is great for when I'm working in one location and I can hang the bag from it. Semi rigid bottom that helps support the bag when it's set down. Some cons: what is with the phone pouch on the side? It's been more than 10 years since I had a flip phone that may fit in there? Surely there's a better use for that real estate. The belt that it's shipped with is ridiculous! At this point I've owned this bag (I'm pretty sure it's this bag though mine is black) for 6 years and it's really worn out. I've work out the stitching on the inside back pockets, the plastic plate on the back of the bag is pretty exposed and the tunnel the belt runs through is about to fall apart. I'm impressed it's lasted this long given the abrasive qualities of the dust, welding and extreme temperatures it's subjected to everyday. I was loath to replace it if only because I couldn't find something I liked but now it's back! I'll be buying a new one ASAP!

I'm an electrical apprentice. I use this bag daily. It is an excellent product for the price. it holds enough of my hand tools to complete most service calls. The three pockets closest to my hip perfectly hold my side cutters, lineman and multi pliers.

I work in a health club where all sorts of things happen, from repairing fitness equipment , plumbing, electrical, and machine work. This bags holds up very well for what I need. The tape holder does tend to be an issue as the measuring tape can fall out at times. It is much easier and functional to sling over your shoulder. This is a quality tote with numerous ways to customize. I would personally like to see a pen holder on the belt. I also place a pouch looped through the belt so in addition to having the tote i also have a voltmeter/Multimeter . I would easily recommend this product

Exactly what I was expecting.

I have this exact tool bag and it has plenty of room for all your electrical needs, Screwdrivers, side cuts, linesman pliers strippers and electrical tester. Well constructed of very durable material !!!

Different from the picture

Bought it to replace the exact same thing that wore out due to very rugged use.
