    A:  A passage set operates with a latch to keep the door closed which is why there are knobs in both sides. You may be referring to a "single dummy knob" which is a knob for just one side of the door. The dummy function does not operate and the door is held closed with a ball catch at the top of the door. Do a search on the Home Depot website for item # 301791276.

        Love this DoorKnob!
        Just delivered today. I bought only one set to be sure if I wanted it, Yes, I do. They call it Antique Silver, but it reminds me pewter. Very happy with it and will be ordering more for the other doors in my house.
