The DEWALT 1/4 in. x 8-1/2 in. Rock Carbide SDS+ Hammer Bit can be used for various anchoring projects. It is intended for drilling holes in concrete and other masonry up to 1-1/8 in. diameter. This bit has a rock carbide tip for long-lasting usage.
  • For use with electric or cordless rotary hammers
  • For drilling holes in poured concrete and other masonry up to 1-1/8 in. diameter
  • Used by concrete contractors for spike and nail-in anchors for concrete forms
  • Used by glaziers for spike anchors to help hold window and door frames
  • Used by mechanical contractors for drop-in anchors to hold threaded rod for water and waste lines, cable tray and HVAC ducts
