Hello, we are sorry for any inconvenience. For model DW831 you can use Type 27 Guard and Type 27 Depressed center wheels. type 27 hubbed wheels, 3" wire cup brush, 4" wire wheel , none-hubbed sanding flap disc and hubbed sanding disc.

No. This is a 120 volt tool. Plugging it into a 220 volt plug could damage the tool. If that is the only plug that you have i would advise that you have this outlet checked by a qualified electrician and re-wire and properly replace this outlet/wiring as needed.
