Yes. Mine is currently mounted to a router table. My table has several holes to accommodate several types of routers. Both of my routers can be mounted to the table.

Not unless you have metal cutting bits!
It does not come with a case. Came with manual , 2 detachable bases, 1/4 and 1/2 collets and wrench to change bits.
The largest shank size is 1/2" since that is the largest collet size the router accepts. If your question concerns the maximum cutting head diameter, then I believe that is limited by the diameter of the opening on the base of the router. This router is supplied with 2 router bases, each having different opening sizes.
What I used to attach my router to my router table was the fixed router base itself. I removed the clear plastic base and used the screws securing it to the metal base to mount it to the router table; however, the router did not come with everything needed in mount the router to my table. Dewalt supplied: --- the 3 screws used to secure the plastic base to the fixed base. I supplied: --- a pencil for marking the location of the screw holes; --- a center punch; --- the drill motor for drilling holes in my router table top to match the holes in the fixed router base; --- the drill bit matching the size of the 3 screws; --- a screwdriver for installing the screws.
I use the router on a router table, I have mounted it to the table using the holes on the fixed base (I removed the clear sub-base). The way I raise and lower the bit is using the adjustable dial on the router itself, shown as the black ring on the photo of the router. The router motor is "threaded" on the motor body and the black ring engages that thread allowing the bit to be adjusted either up or down. On the back side of the router (not seen in the photograph) is a locking mechanism, allowing the bit height to be locked in place once you have the bit at the desired height.
