The Beast
I agree with others about the directions not being very helpful so I used some YouTube videos to assemble it. The frame is heavy and strong but takes up a lot of floor space once deployed. For a contractor it's rugged to move around and take abuse but for me, a hobby woodworker in a one car garage, it's a rather large footprint to deal with. The saw is a beast, very few adjustments but they are easy to do with plenty of power!

Two thumbs down-Two Saws-Eight Days
Two DWE7491RS in Eight Days - BOTH came in with damaged fences - The way the saw is packed there is NO protection from it being damaged in shipping. The second order, the box that the stand comes in had foot prints all over it. Had to return both saws for a refund. Don't know if I want to take a chance on a Third.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!
This was my first and last DeWalt tool purchase.
I spent over an hour assembling and making sure everything was perfectly aligned. I discovered that the narrow fence did not come close to being 90°. Rather than return the 100 pound item, I reached out to customer support multiple times. Their response was that I should return it to the store. I assured them that I was not going to do that unless it was to return it so that I could buy a different brand saw. They persisted with ; “I should return it to the store.”Now, I understand that in shipping damage can happen or even Quality Control can miss something. However, when they expect me to put in extra time and effort for something, I spent $600 on, that is where I say, they clearly do not care about their customers. I’ll admit this saw could be a good item to own. However, I will be going back to Milwaukee, Bosch and Porter Cable with my money.

Riving knife
Great saw. However, when I installed the riving knife on the saw, it did not line up with the blade, making it unusable. No way to adjust it. I tried to contact technical support, but I gave up because they make you go around in circle before you can get to where you need to be, taking too much of my time. They have no phone number to call. I’ll just live with the saw without using the riving knife.

Great quality for the price
Set up was easy if you follow a YouTube video. The directions will make you run your head into a wall. The stand seems to be well built and makes storage and maneuvering very easy. So far I’m very happy with this product. The negatives, it needs a place for blade storage. Secondly, it does come with a push stick but I feel it should also come with a push block. You can’t put a price on safety.

Two bad saws in a row.
The first saw I purchased had a "twisted" fence, so I emailed DeWalt's support and still haven't received a response (about two weeks ago). I took the saw back to Home Depot and they easily swapped it for another. The fence on the second saw was only bowed slightly and I thought I could work around that. The blade was badly out of alignment and discovered a stray bolt under the throat plate (see picture). I guess it's just lucky it didn't fall into the blade while I was making my test cut. I have no idea if this is a stray part or some part of this saw, so I'm going to have to return this one too.
I don't know why Home Depot continues to carry these products from companies with such terrible quality control.

Good clean cuts saw
This is my first Dewalt table saw, before I used Ridgid saws
I work installing kitchen cabinets were I have to have good clean cut for my fillers.
My last ridgid was not working right so I had to returned to the store
I got my Dewalt new saw that works realy good
Much better then my last saws
Good clean cuts and is very strong saw
I feel bad for all the years I worked no using the Dewalt saw
