AnswersBare bones yes.. no bits. the cart isnt included, but the cart is close to worthless anyways. Cart is built very cheaply! Make your own or man up and just throw it on your shoulder like I do.

Absolutely not, I’m in the process of returning it because it won’t even run. We used it 1 time and it would run for 5 minutes and then stop. It finally stopped working at all 30 minutes into using it for the first time!

I bought this item about 2 months ago and have used it to break apart concrete sidewalks. It has immense breaking power. I would stand this tool up against any other concrete breaker and would guarantee that this will work harder for you and be easier on your body. At first I thought that it was broken and was not hitting hard enough because the anti vibration technology absorbs all the impact. I personally and my guys have used this tool for an entire day and you do not feel like your arms are going to fall off the entire drive home! Great product and great company!
