  • Ideal for trim, paneling and casings
The DEWALT DC608B Cordless Brad Nailer combines the precision of hand nailing with the speed and ease of pneumatic nailing. It's the perfect tool for trim carpenters, cabinetmakers and others who routinely install baseboard, shoe, crown and chair rail moldings, paneling and window and door casings and jambs. The tool's narrow, tapered nose fits into tight spaces, such as under toekicks and inside of cabinets and drawers. Choose between two operating modes: Sequential for one-at-a-time nailing, or high-speed bump firing for rapid production work. Other features include: precise depth-control mechanism, swing-open nosepiece for clearing jams, a reversible belt hook, safety contact lock-off that disables the trigger. It's backed by DEWALT's 90-day money-back guarantee and 3-year limited warranty.

I liked it except for it isn't angled but I got it to work and sink in to studs and Baseboard. I used 1 1/2 nail brads. The only thing is I had problems with the batteries needed to be pretty charged up. I have three. The batteries need to be pulled out every time you dont want to use it even for a minute. But it saved me space and time and easy to use. I used it for 60ft. its powerful

I was looking to replace my Paslode (fuel cell) cordless finishing gun and read review for this DeWalt cordless 18 volt finishing nailer. The reviews are overwhelming positive and since I have plenty 18v XRP batteries from other DeWalt tools, I decided to purchase this nailer. So far, I’m very satisfied with this tools performance. I have used it to replace baseboard molding and it defiantly did the job. The adjustable depth gauge makes it easy to tune into the correct depth quickly. The weight of the gun is well balanced and comfortable to work with. This gun features both sequential and bump operating modes for fast nailing, both work very well. The best feature is that I no longer need to purchase dated fuel cell for my gun. I highly recommend this tool. Pro’s • DeWalt quality • Balanced in your hand • No Fuel Cells to buy • Works with 18 volt XRP batteries • Easy to use Con’s • None at this time

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is an industrial grade tool that performed up to my expectations. I justified buying this brad nailer specifically to help build pull-out drawer modules to replace the shelves in my kitchen lower cabinets (see attached photos). The assembly concept was simple: cut the 1/2 inch plywood parts to size, dry erect the module by holding the joints in place with strips of masking tape, open each joint sequentially and coat the joint surfaces with carpenters glue and finally, manually hold the assembled joint in place while driving in 2" 18 gage brads. This assembly procedure eliminated the need for clamps and the associated inconvenience of delays during assembly. The brads held the joints in place while the glue was setting. The project was the successful, the drawers are installed and my wife is pleased. As for the DeWalt brad nailed, its performance was flawless. It is an industrial grade design and performed accordingly. I probably drove two or three hundred brads during assembly of three modules and accompanying drawers with not a single miss fire or jam. Loading of the brads was simple. I particularly liked the built-in light that illuminated the work area and made the target easy to locate. The only potential negative was the weight of the nailer at 7 1/2 pounds but this was compensated by virtually no reaction at the piston grip when a brad was driven. Finally, the users manual covered all important performance areas in detail and was easily understood. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the performance of the tool. I'm looking for another nailer project.
