Disappointed
Got it as a gift, never thought it was gonna fail me. Next thing I know, the batteries not even made it 6 months and now I can't use a great drill. I'm glad I registered the product. Although don't know what will happen. Because I can't afford another drill like this.
Fixing to contact support dep., let's see what will be their answer...

drill broke
Its my only drill while drilling the lightest job installing hose holder the drill just Let go. When you hold the chuck and oush trigger the trigger it will just spin it’s like a bearing or a gear in there is broken. like is this is my first complaint on a DeWalt tool but I need it every day for my job and I want to know what do you do? do you fix, them do you replace them? what is the next move? I go to Home Depot every day of my life. Csnt be Without my drill

Received obvious refurbed item used drill
I received my drill today but am disappointed as I believe this is a previously used, returned drill sold as new at full price. The battery came installed with a charge. None of the items were wrapped in plastic. The batteries are scuffed at the base and the side of the drill head dirty. A couple of red plastic pieces are freely rolling around in the case. A sticker was ripped off the outer packaging- perhaps it was noting it was refurbed or returned? I waiting over a week and am told to return it to the store.
