Not necessarily "stronger" - if you are referring to the saw itself. The 20-Volt vs 60-Volt refers to the battery. The 60-Volt battery is designed to last longer and handle heavier loads than the 20-Volt.
This saw just adds the capability to run at a lower power off a 20v battery
Unfortunately no. The compact brushless 20v sawzall does though.
