Engineered for professional-grade performance, the 20-Volt MAX XR Brushless 1/2 in. Drill/Driver delivers the power and speed needed for heavy-duty drilling and fastening applications. The high-output brushless motor helps you tackle demanding projects with up to 40% more Unit Watts Out compared to the DEWALT DCD791B using DCB205 battery or DCBP034 DEWALT POWERSTACK battery (sold separately). Complete a wide range of drilling jobs with this versatile power tool, which outputs up to 2,000 RPM when drilling into wood and metal. This lightweight, well-balanced Drill/Driver was built compact to help users comfortably work in tight spaces for extended periods of time. The 3-position, pivoting LED is designed to enhance visibility in dimly lit work areas with its 3 mode settings and up to 70 Lumens of brightness.

      Q:What is the torque spec for this drill ? You say its 40 percent more power than the DCD791B. The Atomic has 340 UWO I see but no actual spec given on this site for either the DCD800B or the DCD791B.

          Top Grade Cordless Drill/Driver in a Smaller Package
          I own a bunch of DeWalt cordless tools including the old style 18V XRP Drill/Drivers and a newer Max XR Hammer Drill but for working in tighter places or just for lighter weight, the compact model is tough to beat. It's plenty powerful and with the brushless motor, runs for a long time even with a 2 amp battery. I looked at the DeWalt Atomic compact drill/driver but this XR model is definitely heavier duty. I recommend it.
