This is an invaluable tool! I'll always have an air compressor and nailers on site, but this nailer is awesome. Expect to load more nails with 4 remaining in the magazine. Way to go dewalt.

Constantly Jamming
I've had constant trouble with this gun jamming, no matter what type of nail and no matter what type of material I'm trying to nail. I wish I hadn't bought this gun, it's been nothing but trouble. The latest issue is trying to nail with 2 1/2" hot dipped galvanized nails into fiberboard trim (see example pic). After failing outside, I took the gun inside and tried it to see what was happening, the nails don't even penetrated through the fiber board. Should have bought a pneumatic gun.

every day gets Jammed.
This Nail Gun is good for 10 Nails per Day. It keeps jamming every day. is not worth the Money. i would not recommend it.

This nailer is increadible! Purchased for a fence build, and wow did it perform! Able to adjust nail depth and use difference size nails that changed out in seconds. My days of hauling a compressor, hoses, and extension cords to a job site is over. I have changed out virtually all my power tools with the DeWALT cordless line. The battery life is fantastic, and I can exchange all my batteries from tool to tool if needed. I highly recommend... THEY NAILED IT !

I am home remodeler by accident - first home fell apart on me. I've since redone two always borrowing a friend's pneumatic framing nailer. When the time came to get my own, I was hesitant to go all in with cordless. The reviews said it would be heavy and I'm not the strongest guy. But I have several 20V DeWalt tools and decided to take the dive.
I've had the DeWalt cordless 21° framing nailer for 1 month now. lt is worth every penny. It fits well in my hand and drives 3"+ nails like it's no big deal. Set it for deep penetration and it will do toe nailing without needing any follow up. The weight can get to me after a long string of overhead nails, but it also provides the mass the tool needs to not bounce from old lumber. Usually, I'm not so fast that it makes my hand tired - I set it down while get the next board in place.
Not dragging around the compressor is wonderful! It isn't so great I'll throw my pneumatic tools away to buy up. But when they die, it will be tough to choose.
I highly recommend this product. Enjoy!

would give 5 stars but that clip is horrible and wont hold two strips of nails
Fantastic gun, alittle heavy but thats to be expected. The clip feels really flimsey and has a dumb angle on it that makes it feel like its going to fall off

Ive owned this tool for about six months and i notice whenever I use nails other than Dewalt my gun jams and I have to break down the front of the gun to free the nail. I have tried Hitachi and other brands that Home Depot carry but I find if I use the Dewalt brand, I end up with less down time.

doesn't sink nails
went bought this this morning thinking it was going to make my life so much easier not having to pack my compressor and air hoses around anymore, but it doesn't sink the nails and if I'm going to spend $400 on a nailer I shouldn't have to go back and tap every nail in the last quarter of an inch
