Great pressure washer and very quiet - Recommend!
I purchased this unit after seeing it as one of the top rated in Consumer Reports and also from my overall experience with DeWalt. I am very pleased with this pressure washer. It does a great job on general cleaning, has a nice tank onboard to apply soap with and it's very quiet. The tires are air filled, which makes it roll very easy and the overall quality feel is impressive. I highly recommend this model.

Poor quality
I’ve been a fan of DEWALT tools but I think they should stick to power tools and not pressure washers! Bought my unit about 6 months ago and used it about 4 times. This last time I heard a buzzing noise and no pressure. I removed the cover screws and noticed that the fan cooling shaft was corroded. Finally got it moving and still nothing. No pressure coming out. One would assume the screws and components would be weather resistant to a certain point. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

problematic Machine
i was very excited to use this but unfortunately it not dependable in the slightest. plugged it in and had pressure for about 10-15 minutes. turned it off and tried out the soap and it wouldn’t work. no soap was pulling through so i switched to the house sprayer and the motor wouldn’t start. Very disappointed, i will be returning promptly and trade for another brand. I truly expected more out of Dewalt products

Excellent!
First: You are going to want to upgrade the hose. Like most pressure washers, the one it comes with works but it kinks up and is short. Uberflex makes some nice aftermarket hoses. Quick connects are cheap and save you time, so I recommend those as well. For cleaning the ground, get a surface cleaning attachment. It will save your time and your back. Unfortunately, a surface cleaner attachment might not be good enough in the dirtiest jobs, where you’ll still need to bust out the turbo nozzle.
Pump Saver spray should probably be used before long periods of storage, like during the winter.
If your washer doesn’t have enough pressure, your nozzle may be clogged or the soap tube could have a hole. Both are easy fixes.
The washer itself is fantastic. It’s not very loud and doesn’t give off any exhaust since it’s electric so your neighbors won’t hate you. The turbo nozzle and the 15 degree nozzle are the most useful for cleaning the really dirty stuff, but the wider nozzles have great applications too (wood fence, cars, etc.
Unless you’re dealing with really oily/greasy stuff, you shouldn’t actually need to use any soap. It’s nice that the unit has a soap feature but plain water works fine for many jobs.
I’ve cleaned some really moldy/mossy stuff with this. It’s not as fast or powerful as the expensive commercial washers but it does get the job done around the home. I’ve also successfully used this washer in conjunction with graffiti removal spray. You’ll want to use the 15 degree nozzle at point blank to remove graffiti. The turbo nozzle works great on deep grime, mold, & moss but wasn’t great on graffiti.
All in all, this washer met, if not exceeded, my expectations. All I want to do now is pressure wash stuff!

Broke on second use
The fitting for the soap tank broke during the second use of this power washer. The unit is now useless - water squirts out from the broken fitting instead of the power washer hose

Simple design, just what I needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this unit for its specifications and performance
Electric powered pressure washers are ideal for me since they’re quiet, and I can use them at anytime of day or night. Also no gas or exhaust fumes to deal with.
Out of the box supper quick and easy assembly.
The power cord is really long, I had no problem reaching to any of my receptacles.
The pressure hose has a perfect length too, I was able to reach rooftop HVAC unit to wash off all gunk no problem.
Also it’s really light weight and with large wheels that makes it really portable.
Overall convenient and easy to use.

Strong pressure. Did the job
This is an additional review. You wont regret getting dewalt products. This water pressure is awesome. You will not get disappointed with this. Photos attached is before i used it. Just wanted to show im a dewalt product user and will be . I even bought the battery adapter so i could use the 20V battery on my old dewalt tools.

Easy to use
Was not sure about a electric one but it did what I needed with ease. It worked great cleaned 1600 sqft brick house and metal carport. No cleaner was used.

2400 PSI, Electric, no hassle start, Nice Features

Please keep in mind, I own and have used many powerful pressure washers so was a little tiny bit skeptical when trying a electric. So, when opening the box. There was very little to put together, what there was to put together pretty much could do with no instructions. This thing was up and running in 5 minutes. This little thing is amazing. I actually had fun with it. very light weight but plenty of power. I actually washes 3 cars right in the middle of pollen season. No hassles at all to start like the gas ones. really big soap dispenser and easy to clean out at the end of the day. All tips right where you need them when you need them. Real tires! This thing is a beast. Does a great job doing many things around the house. of course It can't take the place of the powerful gas engine washers. It will do most things that need a powerful deep easy cleaning. when grime ND dirt stains from concrete , Mold from white painted wood without chemicals. Easy to put away!

Great around the house.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the washer about two weeks cleaning the back porch, garage, house siding and cars and it work flawlessly. I like that it cuts off when the trigger is released. If someone walks up to talk, or your moving things, etc. it cuts off instantly so you have no noise at all. I've used Dewalt tools over 20 years and been pleased with every purchase.
