Did not last
Nice tape for the first month. Like the long standout and durability of the case. After a month of use the yellow coating with the numbers on it started to come off. Became unusable after another few days.

Lasted 4 months.
Lasted 4months. Dropped off 32 inch workbench on to a plywood floor and now the lock doesn't work.

I have at least 4 other brands of tape measures. This is better than any I have ever seen. The markings are every are labeled which makes it faster to read and presents less errors. The rule is measure twice but cut once. With this tape you can now measure once and cut once.

Easy to read
Bought to replace broken Stanley. Liked marking with fractions on one side. Blade lock was rather hard from outset and eventually malfunctioned. (would not lock blade).
I called Dewalt and they send new unit. I call that good customer service.

Suck it up and buy a fat max
Never tried this tape before, needed something with a durable blade and tip that is bend resistant, so measurements stay accurate, this tape met both of those requirements but the first 12 inches are barely visible, they have almost completely rubbed away. Never had this issue with a tape before, pretty bummed because this is a good brand and its a nice price compared to the fat max.
