This 3/8 in. Pneumatic Ratchet by DeWalt is a very useful tool. It has a good weight and balance to it so using it for a long time is comfortable. It's smaller size makes it easy to get in those tight places. With it's touch control trigger it is easy to apply the right amount of power to fit the job. This air ratchet can deliver u to 75 foot/ pounds of torque to help bust those stubborn bolts or nuts loose. The ratchet has a 1/4" air inlet and a front exhaust.

I have several Dewalt products so I decided to try this pneumatic 3/8 ratchet. It has a narrow profile which allows for use in tight spaces where speed and reach are more of a priority that torque. The torque is ok as I generally use a hand ratchet to break a hard stuck bolt loose, then I use the 3/8 pneumatic ratchet. On non-tough stuck bolts, this ratchet does just fine.

NO REGRETS
3/8 AIR RATCHET AND THE 1/2 AIR IMPACT GUN, I BOUGHT BOTH ONE YEAR PLUS ONE MONTH AGO AND HAD NO ISSUES WITH THEES TOOLS. I USE THEM A FAIR AMOUNT, SOMETIMES I WILL GET INTO FULL BUILD ON OUR SPORT CARS OR REPAIRS ON DAILY DRIVEN VEHICLES. BOTH AIR RATCHET AND IMPACT GUN TOOLS HAVE SELF OILER INLET INSTALLED TO KEEP THEM WELL OILED.

This Dewalt 3/8” air ratchet is very easy to use! I have arthritis and I use this ratchet every chance I get. No more winding back and forth on a ratchet. Instead, just press a button and let the tool do all the work. Package contents include the ratchet, oil and ¼” air inlet connector. The forward and reverse button is assuring and solid, unlike other’s I’ve used. I recently had to replace the head gasket on my vehicle. Anyone who knows vehicles knows how big of a job this is with many parts needing to be disassembled. This tool did the job effortlessly from beginning to end. I use impact-rated sockets and extensions. The touch control trigger is intuitive and I just set my air compressor to 90-psi and off I go. If you use PSI greater than 90, the tool will experience faster wear and shortened tool life. The use of air line lubricators is recommended to prevent water in the line that can damage the tool (or just add 1 teaspoon of lubricating oil in air inlet before and after each use). Side note: as with all air compressors, drain the water out of it daily.

It says 75 ft lbs... closer to 10 ft lbs. No power. Even with compressor up to 95lbs

Ready to go out of the box, male fitting included. Power is excellent, had little to no trouble removing rusted nuts from steel plate. Power is also great at low pressure, even at 50psi (90 psi maximum), the ratchet had no shortage of torque. Great buy!
