NO, this wand is made for the gun itself and only a special wand with an approximate 180° end on it will work if you ware working from the ground.

Can you run air thru it up to 4500psi or just water?

I've never seen anyone use a pressure washer just to blow air. If you did that the washer itself would most likely fail due to the lack of water going thru it to cool it. Plus, it is designed for up to 3,500 psi. Usingit on a 4,500 psi would be unsafe
