Where are these made?

Answer

Sorry, I don’t remember exactly, I just know that I was also looking for a domestic product, and had to settle for this. This stand is also poorly designed, but well made, the legs are very sturdy, but it has a the hinge head that can not take any sort of lateral stress. I had a load of dry on two of them and was using it as a holding/work area and the piece right above the hinge of the saw horse broke off from all of the sliding of the dry wall. The legs held the weight of the drywall until I finished, but the sawhorse wwas not usable afterward.

According to the product description, they "support up to 2500 lbs." I've never gotten to that weight but so far they have worked well for me and my project work. I think a good value for the price. I have 2 pairs...

Can these sawhorses adjust to heights like 34.75 inches? Not just say 34 inches on the dot?

Unfortunately not, as they have fixed 1" increments. As such, on the flip side, they are very easy to change the high and match (and have four of these that I use regularly).

How do you clamp anything down with these horses

They have slots for 2 x 4 lumber .I just use 2 sawhorses with 2 -6' or 8' 2 x 4's and a piece of plywood and a few screws for a fast setup work table which gives you room to work and you can easily clamp your work to the table

How par apart are the knocks for the 2x4's? What's the 'On center' dimension?

Around 20 inches I think

Great Saw Horses!
These saw horses are light weight and strong. Like other users, I screwed 2x4 sections to a 5 foot OSB board to make a portable work table. The height adjustability makes them even better.

Love Hate Relationship
Loved the height adjustment option. I am 6’2 so having a higher platform is alot easier on my back. Unfortunately after 2 months I was removing a 2x4 from the 2x4 slots and a corner piece (see picture) almost completly tore off. Very disappointed it lasted ONLY 2 months after paying full retail. I expext, not unreasonably, for a construction horse from DEWALT to hold up to a simple home project for DIY selfer

Top plastic is weak point They don’t hold up
Customer review from logo
I think the concept is excellent, the adjustable legs work ok, but the top plastic part is too flimsy. I concept to run 2 -2x4 between 2 saw horses to make a plywood cutting table was great. The horses are rated for over 2500 pounds. However the plastic is too weak where the 2x4s slip into and break off. I only had 4 sheets of 3/4” plywood on top of the 2-2x4s and they snapped off They would be excellent if they were better built and would hold up Needless to say, I will not be buying these again

As Sawhorses go, these are pretty good. They kind of copied Stanley Tools idea of the shelf, but that's good, since it's an awesome idea. The shelf is what keeps the legs from opening too wide, and therefor give the sawhorse it's stability. The other features are all nice too - the notches to rest a 2x4, 2x6.... for cutting or just to make a solid table are pretty cool. There is a groove in the top for helping stabilize pipe for cutting (and you only need 1 sawhorse for that). The adjustable length legs are excellent since so many of us set up our sawhorses outside when working. And as I mentioned before, the shelf which adds strength to the design is a nice place to put tape measures, squares, pencils, saws, etc. so they don't get lost or damaged on the ground. Overall, these are nice sawhorses. They are a little on the heavy side, due to the metal construction, but that is acceptable since it makes these quite ridged. I have some other smaller light duty horses that sag a little under heavy weight because the plastic isn't that strong (in the pictures attached the horses in the rear of the photos).

These are perfect blend of compact storage and utility. Finally ditched my old wooden saw horses for these. I built a portable 2'x4' top using MDF so I can have a take-down workbench. The slots on top are a perfect size for friction fitting a couple of 2x4's. The legs are easy to adjust. I am really tall, so I like being able to extend the legs and having a comfortable working height. The saw horses are really solid and steady, adding my worktop makes them rock solid. This worktop allows me to use the saw horses as regular sawhorses, a workbench for woodworking, I can use it as an outfeed table for my table saw. Very versatile and portable

Very sturdy, but the cross member pops out of the tracks on both side on both units. Poor design, but the fix is to drill a small hole at the top of the center grip handle and use a plastic spot tie to hold it in place. Was designed by an engineer, but never used by the engineer obviously.
