I have used it on small jobs with no problems
The DWFP55126 is for use with pneumatic tools that require between 1-165 psi for operation.
You can plug the compressor in. Longer it is plugged in, the fuller the tank will be (until completely full). You don't need to have the unit plugged in to provide air to the air line; until the tank is empty.

I would suggest a larger compressor for sandblasting
No. I have a sprinkler system too, with 19 zones. This compressor has too much pressure and not sufficient volume. You need only 5-10 psi but lots of volume to blow out the sprinkler heads. The pros use a trailer mounted compressor like they use for jack hammers.
I wouldn't recommend it.
This has metal tip and designed for speed nailing
Not for this gun you need siding gun
Look for Hitachi siding gun this is roofing only.
