Excellent tool
Very powerful, very useful, very much needed! Cut through pallets embedded with nails, larger tree branches, and a 6"-9" wide tree trunk. I was very impressed, truly a testament to what a saw should be! Job well done once again Dewalt!!! I haven't owned any other brand of saw, so I can't compare. This saw makes it so simple to change blades, no tool required! Battery life is amazing!

This tool is a Beast
This Saw is bad to the bone, just on 1.5 amp battery I cut a 12 foot, 1/4 inch thick 4 inch in diameter Street Sign pole that was put in my Moms front yard in the 50s in less than a minute, this thing weighs over 60 pounds, after that I cut down half of a Grapefruit tree that was about 6 inches in diameter and trimmed all of that down before the battery went dead, The adjustable guard as well as the 4 position assemble for the Blade is very handy. Nice saw!!

No, it's not one of the big fancy brushless models, but on sale for a Benjamin, or in a Combo Deal, this thing definitely pulls it's weight; I use it primarily to rip through pallets, and those things can have all sorts of weird angles, crevices, nails, screws and wood pieces. The blades dont last long but this thing paired with a 6AH battery has never lacked at any point yet. Surprisingly good on battery power, too, it lasts for hours of constant use.
