I needed to drill about 15 holes through pine lumber. The first 5 went ok but then it seemed to get dull. I couldn't even finish my job. Also, none of the cuts were clean, leaving really ragged edges.

Poorly formed cutting edge -
Unfortunately, one of the cutting points was formed with a negative rake angle, and the bit cuts poorly. The other point has a positive rake angle and is fine. This rake angle is a result of the stamping process. Where is the quality control??
