Finish Sanding winner
Perfect for finish sanding on just about any project. I keep these handy for sanding after a piece comes off of my CNC router.

Smooth finish
Nice sponges, great for sanding between staining or/and varnishing. I'm a bit picky when i stain, I prefer a nice smooth finish whenever I can. I find that the 180 grit of the Diablo ULTRAflex works great for that. The grit seems to hold up more than long enough for my projects. I do wish the sponge was a bit firmer, but had no problems in getting my glass like surface.

Smooth Finish
I'm using the 180 grit sanding sponge on a stained oak bookcase. It works great sanding between clear coats. It left an even, smooth finish. It contours around the rounded outer edges with ease. The sponge is more flexible than a sanding block. I recommend it.

Great for detail on edges
The way that this sanding sponge easily wraps around and contours edges makes sanding both sides of an edge piece super easy. The 289 grit leaves a nice clean finish.

Great sponge!
This sanding sponge worked great for all contours & went right back to straight after many uses. Long lasting and didn’t clog up at all.

Good job smooth sanding!
These do a really good job super smooth sanding but did lose their perfect sanding touch slightly prematurely. I was using really hard woods, with maybe a slight more moisture then average which could have played a factor as well. But overall I definitely would buy them again, as they do superb job smooth finishing most woods that I've tried.
