Great blade for finer woodwork. I used this blade for initial rip cuts for a table top. The extra teeth gave a cleaner cut and also discharged sawdust very well.

Cuts aluminum nicely
I had to shorten an automatic dog door frame. Purchased this blade at Home Depot and installed on my miter saw. Did a couple of test cut, then cut frame where needed. Was rectangle 2” by 3” aluminum tubing. This blade cut a smooth surface and worked well for the project. I have had great service from all Diablo blades I have used.

36 tooth game changer. Cut plaster wall
This is one of the most versatile blades given the teeth count. I have cut hardwood floor and subflooring with it as I was installing a bathroom shower kit. Then I needed to cut part of the Plaster/concrete wall because of needing to install more sheet rock to get the shower to be in right. All I did was draw my line in the same cut over 22' of concrete plaster with no problems and still went back to cutting wood. I bought another one to replace it as by the end of the demo it was pretty well shocked but I've never had another blade go near this far. The main thing is the 36 tooth is a big game changer and yes it's set up for mild steel if you'll look at how the carbide is set into the blade it's not like your regular blade.

Cuts thinner aluminum Diamond Plate like butter. But best to cut from smooth backside because the circular saw gets caught on the actual raised diamond plate. Also make sure to cut as close as possible to work table to eliminate vibrations of the plate being cut.

Used them on my Dewalt brushless circular saw on treated lumber (2x6 to 2x 10 and 4x4) and they went through it like a hot knife thru butter. Very impressed with Diablo tracking point blades.

You get what you pay for - learn from me
The blade in expensive, but you get what you pay for. I sided my 2,000 sq ft house and went through a couple of blades. At some point I used a blue blade from the other HIW store trying to save a buck and that was a mistake. It quickly dulled and started to smoke and bent. Just buy it, you will be happy with the results.

The Diablo made me do it
The 50 tooth Diablo worked better then expected. I used it to rip cut 6’ of 0.80 Aluminum the one thing I will recommend is let the blade do the job it’s designed for. Stay slow and steady on the saw.

I cut 3/8 mill plate easily! It would be nice if it had ananother color in the middle so it looked diffent then the other diablo blades.
