Q:Any reason why the pressure regulator would not work when directly connect to the hose bib? If I connect a hose then the regulator, water flows. If I attach the regulator directly to the hose bib no water flows.

Leaks through vent hole
Same as others. Leaks through vent hole after a while. Lucky I discovered it as it was close to my foundation and could have made a wet basement.

Not sure what’s up with this one but it cracked and is leaking with days of installation. Did not crack at threads as if it was over tightened, cracked in the area on the picture where you see the arrow. Will try one from another home improvement store this time,
