Great rack. tilts up out of the way when not hauling bikes.
I purchased this rack several weeks ago. Should have gotten it sooner. Very easy to load and unload even for a senior. A lot easier when loading a step thru and a regular bike. No more tilting one bike and trying to attach both to the old rack.

Decent e-bike rack
We only had bike rack couple months finally able to use it now that weather is better. Seems well built fits great on our Nissan Rogue. There are a few components made of plastic could be a concern with breaking. It holds 2 E-bikes traveling on roads not much movement (jiggling) still in learning stage of taking bikes on off rack, e-bikes are heavy. Will update later after longer use of rack.

poor design. low quality parts
bolts are falling out. having to replace them. the spring for the release lever just broke and I will have to take this apart and fix that as well. has a one year warranty but I just read the warranty and it's like they know exactly what the problems are as the springs and bolts are expendable parts and not covered. the release handle won't move far enough to release the rack unless you move the arm first. the rack is rickety otherwise. save your 300 bucks and put towards a nice rack.

Well, it's kind of cold out and I haven't had...
Well, it's kind of cold out and I haven't had a chance to haul and bikes yet. I did find that the assembly process was not too difficult and the instructions were reasonable. I did use medium strength thread locker on the screws that mount the cross bars.

E Bike Rack
Hi, At this point I am quite happy with this bike rack. I am transporting two Heybike Cityscape ebikes that weigh in excess of 50lbs. without the batteries. I am using it on a Dodge Ram 2500, as well as a 5th wheel trailer. The rack has been sturdy without any issues at this time. My wife who was traveling behind the 5th wheel said the bikes didn't move.
