AnswerThank you for your question. Yes, you can use Dr. Earth Acid Lovers for gardenias. Gardenias, like azaleas, are acid-loving plants. They require special fertilizer formulas higher in acid. Please see the back of the packaging for complete application instructions.
Is this a water soluble fertilizer or should I apply the fertilizer in ground?

AnswersThis is not like miracle grow that you dilute. I place the Dr Earth around the base of my plants and then water. Works great on your indoor plants also

I have an organic garden and always love finding products that nourish my flowers and shrubs without harming my critters that bring joy to my days. I have birds, butterflies, frogs, toads, bumble bees and native Virginia bees, chipmunks and deer that feed off of things in my garden. I want a beautiful garden without harming the Earth. I highly recommend this product for any responsible gardener. I will continue to purchase this product and others from this company.

Bought this for an Ixora Maui Red that stopped blooming. The leaves had turned yellow and the plant never seem to grow. I looked at different products, but I liked that this not only fed the plants but also turned the soil acidic. It also had clear instructions for the amount to use based on different situations. I changed the soil and mixed this in per the directions. Two weeks later, my plant had turned a dark green and blooms began to form. Tried it on my camellia and that finally started growing as well. Love this product.
