This was exactly what I wanted. Just be sure to give it about 6 days prior to parking your car on it. All I did to prep was vacuum thoroughly, that's it.

I did my entire basement floor and it has held up well over the last 5 years. I recently had some Lally columns replaced and used the paint to touch-up where the old ones were removed and where some efflorescence was perking up from the floor. It is very study and I haven't see any spalling or peeling. Just apply with a roller and extension pole, brush around the legs of the oil burner and support posts. I'd recommend using the Drylok concrete sealer over bare concrete, it will reduce the amount of paint you need and block most of the efflorescence. Also, wear old sneakers, as you're sure to get some paint on them.

Turning a separate basement room into a workshop, Dryloked the walls but needed to seal the cement floor. After cleaning floor and making sure it was dry, mixed I pint of water with 2 gallons of the Drylok floor paint and painted the floor and 2 blocks up the wall. Room is 14x28, returned unused paint to can, about 1/2 full and will use on another part of basement. Dried totally in 3 humid days (kept Bilco doors open and fan on) and started moving work bench and shelving in on day 4. The room looks professionally done, we are so happy with the results. Easy ordering, fast delivery, easy application, great results.

My house is for sale and the concrete basement floor needed painting. I found this product perfect for the job. I cleaned the floor thoroughly with a Shop Vac, then a wet vac. The Drylok paint was very easy to work with and it maintained an even look without streaking. I poured a small amount onto each area, then used a roller on an extension pole. Because the floor had linoleum that had been removed, it had a darker surface in some spots. One coat, plus a lighter second coat did the job. Clean up was easy, too.

The Drylock concrete floor paint worked out well for me, as it was a small room (wine cellar) I used a brush and was worried the brush strokes would be noticeable, but people can't tell it was brushed, it looks great. It was easy to apply, it is thick enough to not drip, but the proper consistency to spread well. It dried in the time identified on the label, I applied the second coat the next day, and walked on it the day after that. It was still soft so I didn't move anything on it until the recommended five days. While I won't be parking a vehicle on it, so I don't know how it will do in a garage, for me, this was the perfect choice for covering a badly stained (including oil and rust spots) 50+ year old concrete floor and making it look nice. I would highly recommend this product, and I plan to use this product on my badly oil stained garage floor next year.

Great product! Follow instructions and prep as best as you can. I used 3.5 gallons for 500 sq. feet. Coverage depends upon porosity of the floor. Thin the first coat as instructed. I used paint flakes and Seal-Krete clear seal after 3 days for a top coat. I'm very happy with how it came out. I've been getting a lot of compliments from neighbors as now they want me to do their garage floors. I feel this is better and easier than epoxy for touch ups if needed in the future. Hope this helps as I did quite a bit of research myself when I started this project.

Nonskid surface looks good and doesn't wear. Used it on basement stairs and on a concrete custom project that needed a non-conductive surface for copper traces (worked great for this use)

This paint has the most inconsistent shading of any that I’ve tried. I used a total of 6 gallons on a bare concrete slab and the shades of gray varied greatly from can to can. The photo below shows two cans of the same color after drying for 8hrs. The directions say to mix multiple cans together for consistent color but when the shading is this inconsistent it makes future touch up work look terrible. For an expensive premium paint I expected more.
