I replaced a can light over my kitchen sink with a pendant light. This one was the exact size I wanted. A lot of classified mini pendants are not so small. It was simple to install and the directions were easy to follow. A few things to mention when you thread the wires though the tube use the white sleeve that came with it. The sleeve protects the wire as you slide them though the metal tubing. Also you can pivot the light as there is a hinge on the ceiling plate.

This mini pendant was easy to install. I have another item from this collection and it was easy to install. I had a hard time finding a mini pendant that would allow more then 40 watts. This does 60 watts. It's for my office so I needed the bright light. I will be replacing the incandescent light bulb with an edison LED. I think that would look better through the glass. It is a decent weight. Not too heavy for old ceilings. I was able to make it very short since I have low ceilings.
