Each tile covers up to 1 square foot. However, due to the serrated edges and any irregularities in your floor space, you should probably have at least 40 tiles on hand. You can always return any you don't need to use.

White. I used it with other “white” tile.

It is kinda hard to tell for sure, but what it looks like to me is they used a bull nosed style trim tile in boxed formation around these types of tiles. I know that in the store, they have a lot of the smaller tile options like this available loose, or if you find a color you like in either glass or mosaic tile sheets, they can be cut apart and mounted just like this to form that box. Just make sure if you are going to do this project, use a level and pencil to mark your outer lines, back butter the tile to help it stick to the wall, and use spacers. Linear tiles like this are easier to install following those tricks and they end up looking better as well, or otherwise your lines are not straight. If you are going to do this behind a stove, do not have gaps larger than 1/8 - 3/16 of an inch as you will want to use sandless grout for easy cleanup after using the stove.

I would draw the correct size circle, manually remove as many inner tiles as possible then carefully trim each remaining tile to form the edge
