QuicTile by Daltile Pre-Mixed Grout
QuicTile Grout is a premium single-component urethane based grout. This grout is certified for use with QuicTile as well as other porcelain and ceramic tile projects.
Maximum Strength & Flexibility
QuicTile Grout offers crack protection, it is specially formulated to allow for maximum strength & flexibility necessary to support floating floor tile systems such as QuicTile locking porcelain tile.
Low Maintenance
This grout is extremely low maintenance because it is easy to clean, unlike traditional cementitious grout. No sealing required!
Step 1: Mix
QuicTile grout installs in 3 easy steps. Step 1: Simply mix together with a margin trowel. DO NOT ADD WATER.
Step 2: Grout Small Areas
Step 2: Grout within an arm’s reach before moving onto another area.
Step 3: Clean As You Go
Step 3: Clean your grouted area as you go to help prevent haze from forming. Have two 5-gallon buckets with clean water and sponges accessible to make cleaning easier.

Make sure to clean up often and thoroughly
I just did a backyard office with QuicTile and this grout. I didn't have too much hassle installing the grout, but I will say to make sure you clean often and thoroughly. I thought I did a good job cleaning, but came back the next day and it felt like sandpaper. I used plastic putty knive to clean the tiles (didn't take long) and it's much better. The color of my tile makes it hard to see if there is a haze, but I will go to HomeDepot tonight to get grout haze remover and go over the floor.
I don't have a suggestion on long term durability yet, but so far so good (I literally grouted yesterday). I will mirror what others said. It's not as easy as normal grout. Saying it can't handle heavy traffic for 72 hours, I would prefer a longer working time, personally.

I re-grouted my bathroom shower floors. One Travertine and one ceramic.
I watched several videos on how to remove, prepare and replace grout.
Then I evaluated several ways to grout. I decided that premix was best for my amateur skills. Then I wanted best water resistant, mold and mildew resistance. I decided on Daltile and followed directions and some tips on timing and doing sections from tiling videos and label recommendations except I used a grout haze release prior to using the Daltile Quic Tile. Excellent result. K Smith

Grout is very poor quality.
Grout refuses to stick to the tile. after 6 months the grout can be picked up by a vacuum cleaner. I removed and re-grouted with the same result. I'll have to dig out the grout on 1000 sq ft of flooring and use a real grout. Color is no where near what is advertised. Very disappointed.

If our semi-flexible grout is not properly adhering to your tile, there is the potential there is movement in the tile itself causing this issue. The bucket was only 1/2 full when I recieved it and opened it with no evidence of leaking. The grout was separated in the bucket with all of the solids on the bottom and liquids on top.
That was very dissapointing considering the cost of this grout. I have used much cheaper grout without encountering this problem.

Hello Colorado, our grout is designed specifically for the QuicTile product and separation of the fluids is normal for our product. Due to this, our product is intentionally designed to come with extra room in the bucket. This allows space to thoroughly mix the grout in the bucket prior to application. Regretting my life
Used this product after using the click and lock daltile flooring. I tried to clean as I grouted, but it was so gritty I had a hard time getting that up initially. After allowing it to thoroughly dry, I was left with a nightmare. I then used the recommended Bostick Blaze cleaner and spent hours scrubbing. The result.... still not clean. I'm left with stubborn marks of urethane. I want to cry about how terrible it still looks after all the work. I should've gone with standard tile and grout.

In instances where excessive clean-up issues occur it is typically a result of not closely following the clean-up instructions listed on page two of the QuicTile Installation Guide link here: https://images.thdstatic.com/catalog/pdfImages/1d/1d5cf43a-948b-4920-abfc-45e5a2d82d83.pdf. We strongly recommend anyone installing QuicTile closely follow these instructions step by step to avoid residue problems. Regarding the Blaze Cleaner, since this product typically solves similar issues, the grittiness you describe is more prevalent and you may want to try using a plastic putty knife to remove the excess gritty texture.
