The Daltile Rittenhouse Square 3 in. x 6 in. Arctic White ceramic floor and wall tile matches almost any home's decor. It is ideal for indoor use in residential spaces. It can be used on a wall, kitchen countertop or light-duty floor. The traditional-style tile has a smooth surface, a glazed finish, a low sheen and a slight variation in tone. It is marginally skid resistant.

AnswersThe tile isn't mounted on mesh (as it seems from the photo) - its just individual 3"x6" (approximately) tile. You would have to do the pattern shown in the photo yourself - or any other pattern you like. I.e., it does not come set up in a brick (50% offset) pattern at all. Its just a box of loose individual tile. Hope that helps. (They really should change the photos, as it does seem to be a mesh-mounted mosaic. It isn't.)

Buy Restore Bright White instead

I ordered this tile based on recommendations online stating this was the “whitest tile available”. After receiving the tiles and installation in my master bath I realize they are the almost identical to the restore bright white tile for half the price. Side-by-side you cannot tell which one is more of a true white. Bright white looks a bit more cool toned versus this one that is a bit more warm toned of a white. VERY MINIMAL DIFFERENCE. Having to wait for the item to be shipped and paying more than double for the same tile, not worth the hassle. Changed over to the restore bright white for the remaining tile in my kitchen and other bathroom. Looks exactly the same. Save your time and money.
Only pro is this tile company also makes the same size 3 x 6 bullnose tiles, where restore bright white only makes 2 x 6 bullnose tiles. Because the color difference is so minimal you can actually use the bright white tile and the daltile rittenhouse 3x6 bullnose tiles and no one would notice. Just my two cents.
Excellent value. I highly recommend this tile if you are looking for the classic subway tile look.

Ordered 2 cases of this tile to do a back splash in my kitchen. Went up with no issues at all, the colors between the 2 cases were uniform, and only 3 tiles arrived with the corner chipped. Just FYI though this tile does not come with the little tabs, so you will need spacers. Overall I'm very pleased with the results.

I ordered these tiles after reading reviews and Q&A's so was expecting lugged tile.When I received the tile I didn't see lugs so called Daltile and was initially assured the tile IS a lugged product.After further explanation we realized the HD product is NOT lugged and NEEDS spacers.Otherwise OK

We purchased this tile to do our kitchen backsplash. It looks very nice. We did end up with about 20 “bad” tiles that our tiler wouldn’t use but most tiles arrived undamaged. The coordinating bullnose matched perfectly

Arctic White - True Bright White Tile

I was disappointed in the color of the less expensive Daltile white tile that my local Home Depot stocks (it was a bit yellow and not a true white, not immediately noticeable, unless next to something like a true white bathtub under bright light), so I returned them and ordered these in Arctic white. They were out of stock online, but my local store was able to special order for me and I received them several weeks before they came back in stock online.
My husband and I tiled our kitchen backsplash and grouted it with Delorean Gray sanded grout in a weekend. This is our first tile job ever, and I was really impressed with the results. The color works nicely with our white cabinets and gray granite.
We ordered enough tile for the kitchen and to tile our bathroom, and there was minimal breakage in shipping, about 20 tiles out of 12 cases.
The tiles have spacers built in, so none were needed. Although they are small grout lines, We used sanded grout in the kitchen and liked the look of it much more than the white non-sanded white grout we used in the bathroom.
Overall, the kitchen was very successful - I'm much less happy with the bathroom due to some lippage, but I believe that was due to errors we made in installation rather than any inconsistency in tile depth.

I had the tiles delivered to my door and was pleasantly surprised that not one of the 200 tile's broke.
The color was as expected.
I have never installed tile before and am happy to say I really is as easy to cut and install as they show on T.V.
