AnswerA previous question (about how many of these are in case) was answered by Daltile support, and they said 10 pieces. The case count is not listed in the product info displayed on HD website. Assuming that is correct, and each tile is 0.2188 sq ft, then a case is 2.1 sq ft. If you need 35 sq ft covered, the minimum is 17 cases with NO waste. Might be better to buy 18 cases to get the same lot, and return the pieces you don't use.

AnswersIt won’t affect the coloring of the tile. Just make sure you wipe any excess grout off the tile with a lightly dampened sponge.

We are doing a complete kitchen makeover. We used this as an accent between subway tiles on our backsplash, which will be behind the cooktop, once installed. Easy to cut, with a razor knife, to shorten the width, used a tile cutter to even the length on the ends. Looks beautiful. The product comes in 4 row pieces, we wanted 3 rows. Goes up easy and easy to grout and clean. The black tile really pops. We just finished installation a couple of days ago. It is so pretty, I find myself just standing and staring at it.

It is what it is.
Four rows of tiny glassy tiles held together with a mesh backing. We easily cut off one row to make it three rows of tiny tiles wide because we thought it would look better that way in our shower. We put it in a line around the shower at a little below shoulder height in line with the ceramic corner shelves. Appearance is a matter of personal taste. I like the way this one looks. How would you judge quality on something such as this except to say that installation was trouble free, and it looks good as installed. If you use these, do compare their thickness to that of the other tiles that you are using because if the thicknesses are not the same they will either project out or be recessed below the other tiles. You can compensate to a certain extent if you know ahead of time that you need to. Squeegeeing over these after your shower leaves some water behind, but that would be true for any such small mosaic tiles.
