A:  Hi Lucky, Thank you for your inquiry. Danby DAR032B1WM is equipped with an automatic defrost function and does not require manual defrosting.           factory defects
          Never had the chance to try fridge out. Fridge had large dent on door but worse the door was factory installed offset from cabinet. The door beverage shelf hit cabinet edge preventing door closing.

          Doesn't keep perishable food cold enough
          The temperature inside fluctuates between 35° and 45°, with the dial at its coldest setting. It clearly was made only for keeping beer cold, but nothing perishable like milk or mayonnaise. The closest place to get warranty service is 60 miles away, I'd have to lift it into my car (I'm 75) and taxi it back and forth myself. Just the gas for doing that would cost almost as much as the refrigerator did. Since it would keep beer cold, they'd say there's nothing wrong with it anyway. Bad deal.
