Stopped working in less than 2 years
We purchased this model for our upstairs media room. In less than 2years it has already stopped working. Disappointed that this product did not work longer. Maybe that’s why it only has a one year warranty.

Item was delivered quickly and there was no damage. Plugged it in and it started to get cold right away. We have it filled with a mix of bottles and cans. The shelves do not fit wide diameter wine bottles, like some champagne and prosecco bottles . Very quiet and I like the blue glow of the light inside.

Bought this for my simple needs: keep white and red...
Bought this for my simple needs: keep white and red wines at stable temperature. Had a larger Danby unit that lasted a decade and did the job. I searched for one that could hold the longer white bottles. This one seemed to fit the bill. As it turns out, most whites are too long to lay correctly, only sideways, requiring something to keep them from rolling out. The image shows bottles sideways in the bottom, but this works only for a few. Instruction manual is bare bones, with no instructions on setting the temperature. I thought the wider the band, the warmer the setting. It is actually the power setting, so wider is colder. A simple snowflake and heat icon would have done the trick. I would not buy this again.

Other sizes or shapes of wine bottles may reduce the capacity of the unit. The temperature is controlled by the temperature knob on the back of the unit. On the graduated blue dial, the thicker, darker blue indicates colder temperatures, and the lighter, thinner blue indicates warmer temperatures. No temperature indicator. A wine fridge MUST have a temperature indicator. This only has a knob to adjust the cooling. There is no way to tell what the holding temperature actually is. Don't store your expensive red wines in this.
Was easy to set up, just plug it in.

Questionable performance.
Cooler smaller than stated on website. Cooler gets very warm on outside panels several times a day. Why? Eventually cools until the next "cycle".
Intermittent "cracking sound". Why?
Inside temperatures appears constant at 48 degrees. However, considering replacement since only had 2 weeks and now have above issues.

This wine refrigerator does not hold 34 bottles. It holds 28 bottles. The temperature is hard to regulate and runs on the super cold side no matter what you set it at.

Top of the cooler
Can we put weight on the top of the cooler? What would be the max weight?

If you mean the top of the cooler / outer part, unfortunately, we don't recommend putting heavy things on the top, but if you mean the top shelf layer of the cooler, please be informed that the Loading Capacity is (750mL Bottle wine) and can fit 36 bottles regular size.
