The term "Lightning Rail" is fitting, as my deck railing went up quick as lightning in an afternoon. Quick-n-easy to cut to length, hang on the appropriate brackets, and they'll work on the level or on a staircase. Good stuff...

I had to send 2 of the rails back because...
I had to send 2 of the rails back because the town drunk must have been hired to assemble. They were not even or equal per ballaster leaving me to move screws and have holes. Just didn't like paying $92 for uneven work.
