when I did plug it in and run the fan, after about 5 minutes the bottom right of the mosaic globe...
when I did plug it in and run the fan, after about 5 minutes the bottom right of the mosaic globe was too hot to touch - we immediately unplugged it - but my real problem is when I tried to call the store to return it - I held for 48 minutes after being re-transferred 3 times - then disconnected - I need to return it but cannot find a soul to direct me on the return paperwork

I love this fan! It is good looking and functions...
I love this fan! It is good looking and functions well. The assembly instructions should be ignored when it tells you to do anything with the light bulb. It is already assembled. So dont take it apart. I realized that by reading other peoples reviews.

The switch at the bottom does not work so the light within the mosaic just stays on unless you unplug the whole thing.
