Great functional fun lights
Cordless LED lights controlled by a remote.
Yes, they are usable by clicking the plastic lens, but the best use comes from the remote control.
Install 3 AAA batteries in each one and off you go.
ON/off on the remote with memory at each unit means you don't lose the settings. Dimming is a nice feature, but I've rarely used it.
Magnets inset in the lights is a nice feature - even comes with a metal disc to attach to non-metallic surfaces.
I have split them between rooms and can use the remote in both places independently. Even have timers so you can leave them on and walk away.

Simple and effective
These are really nice little accent lights. I love that they come with batteries (for both the lights and the remote) making them ready-to-go right out of the packaging. The controls are easy to use and work great - only minor issues with one light not syncing up the first couple times. The illumination isn't quite bright enough for one light to, say, brighten up a cabinet. But taken together they do make some easy, fun accent lighting.

These Defiant 40 lumens changing lights are a fun way to light up areas of your home or office. The pack comes with 6 lights, with batteries and remote so that all you have to do is decide where you want to put them. They have an adhesive on the back which the jury is still out on how strong it is as I have just got them. I love that the remote can control which color you want: white. blue, red or green depending in your mood or decor. The remote can also be set on a timer so that it automatically after 10, 30, 60 or 120 minutes. I gave this rating a four star instead of five because I wish it came with 2 separate remotes so that you can control them remotely in 2 different rooms or areas. I plan to put some of them in a dark corner where I keep a cat litter box so that I can see as I change the litter. But these could be used for Halloween decor with the red color for a bloody aura or the green for a ghoulish design. if you got 2 sets you could have alternating red and green lights to enhance your Christmas decor.

Nice looking.
I have been redoing my kitchen and wanted to add a little more light. I ordered my Defiant 40 Lumens Accent Light Combo with Remote Control to put under my cabinets. Wow what a difference it makes, looks really nice. The Defiant 40 Lumens Accent Light Combo with Remote Control were easy to install, are run on batteries and has a remote control and even has light color choices. Highly recommend these.

I was excited to see how these lights would be . I have bought defiant locks so I’m curious about the lights. They do come with a remote control! You have timers and different color choices. You have multiple timer options such as 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes or up to 120 minutes.Each light takes 3 triple AAA batteries. Please note I had problems with one of the lights not working at all , yes I put batteries in it :) . It was my only disappointment as even the batteries come with them ! Oh did I mention on the back of each piece is a magnet and or a sticky piece.

Fun, Colorful Accent Lighting Set
The Defiant accent light set is simple and easy to use. The set comes with 6 accent lights, remote control and all the batteries needed for the set. The lights can be used individually or grouped together. Each light can be turned on manually be pressing on the top of the light or using the remote. Each light comes with a metal disk with mounting tape so you can place under a cabinet or shelf. The magnet on the light will stick to the disk and not fall off, but can easily be removed if needed. These lights are great in kitchens, cabinets and bookshelves. You can also change the lighting from white to red to blue to green and back to white. The colored lights are great for party decorations. It's easiest to adjust the lights using the remote control, but they can also be adjusted manually. The brightness of the lights can be low or high. The lights will automatically turn off in 2 hours, but can be set to turn off in 10, 30, 60 or 120 minutes.

Do an adequate job of offering lighting just about anywhere. They have a magnetic back with a option to stick these 2 3/8 square battery powered lights. Under the bathroom or kitchen sinks. Or anywhere lighting is a must. The package includes six plastic lights. The AAA batteries. And the remote control that powers the lights on or off. Plus the remote offers four color choices with a timer with four preset timers. The lights can also be operated by pushing the top of the light. I think they're pretty cool. And offer to fill a niche where affordable lighting is needed.
