    Delta Faucet model # 57014-RB has a 69" UltraFlex hose. You can switch it out for a 60"-82" stretchable metal hose with model U495D-RB60-PK.

    Thank you for your question Chopnhack! The 57014-RB will need to connect to a wall elbow which can supply water from the R10000-UNBX Multichoice Universal Valve and matching trim. This is part of the Lahara collection.     Hi, Organizer! Thank you for your question. The Delta 57014-SS Hand Shower hose assembly should not tangle. Usually, after use and time, the hose assembly should become loose. We recommend, while out of the shower, run hot water for a few minutes at a time to loosen the hose assembly.     This expensive premium product comes with a cheap plastic hose that won’t unravel nor hang straight. It unusable. For that reason I give it 1 star and I will be returning it.

    Hello, We appreciate the feedback on the Delta hand held shower. We apologize for the difficulty with the hose. It is normal for the hose to be firm at first due to it being packaged but it should loosen over time. You can also carefully run hot water through the hose for a few minutes to loosen it up.     The overall unit is good however the product name indicates that this is a "Premium" product and it would be if not for the generic plastic hose. The hose is unmanageable and should not be part of this or any other Delta package. To make this a premium product you will need to order a Delta heavy duty stretchable metal hose in the proper finish to match your personal shower assembly.

    Hello GC1984, Thank you for your review on the Delta Premium 3-Setting Slide Bar Hand Shower. I am sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with the hose for this hand shower. With a curly Ultraflex hose we've found that you can straighten it out fairly well by soaking it in hot water for about 20 minutes, stretching it out and pinning the ends down until it cools down.     The photo of this product is a DECEPTION. the wall mount water supply IS SHOWN IN THE PRODUCT PHOTO...…... It is NOT included. I am a contractor and have installed over 500 bath rooms. I have never came across this problem before. The customer selected the shower as shown, I bought and paid for the product with PARTS MISSING. If the reviews are read by Delta, they can see this is an ONGING PROBLEM and they have ignored this issue. VERY, VERY POOR on Delta's part.
