    Length is 15" not 16"
    The bar-code on the box says 15", but the online description says 16". It is definitely a little shorter than the 16" straight arm that I replaced. Not too much of a problem, but the description does not match the product. Otherwise, item is of good quality and as described. Installed easily; no issues.

    Pretty good!
    Was easy to install, feels and looks good, don't know yet about the wear-ability of the product. We'll see. Love that the curve prevents from losing precious height (though from the beginning I was hesitant about that specific curve design-wise, but it's just fine).

    Simple shower modification
    Our existing shower arm and shower head were too short for me to stand up comfortably in the shower yet we wanted to keep the shower head. Rather than tear out the wall and add an extension behind the wall, I found this arm at Home Depot online. Our local store does not carry many of these products and the ones they did carry were unsuitable. With the free shipping this seemed to be a good deal. Package arrived at my door, on time. Installation is simple, just remove the old arm and clean up the threads on the pipe in the wall. Using a small amount of teflon tape on the threaded ends of this arm (make sure you put it on in the right direction) you simply screw it in until it's tight and facing the right direction. I then installed the shower head and Viola! We had the shower we've wanted at minimal effort.

    Perfect Match!
    Perfect match for my brushed nickle fixtures. We recently installed a new tile shower where we raised the shower to 75". Problems were; with the standard 6" angled shower arm the new shower head was too close to the wall to fully enjoy our new spacious shower and the shower head could not be angled straight down, as my wife had desired. This shower arm solved both problems, it is very heavy gauge stainless, finish is flawless and installed in minutes. The hardest part was removing the standard arm, then I just put the trim ring on, wrapped teflon tape and the design of the shower arm made it so I did not even have to use a tool to tighten it. I was a little worried ordering the stainless to go with my brushed nickle fixtures, but Delta said the Brilliant Stainless was a match for brushed nickle and it was, I can not see any difference in the finish.

    Very easy to Install and it looks very nice!
    I had to buy a longer shower arm for my rain shower head and this one turned out perfect because it also increased the height of the shower head. The installation was super easy and I haven't had issues with it leaking or anything. I'm happy with the way it looks so I used in my second bathroom as well.
