This 8 inch hand towel bar from Delta’s Annalisa line of products stands out from many other towel bars with its high contrasting matte black color, and unique styling.
The bar itself is rectangular instead of the more common round bar (See Photo). I found that the rectangular shape of the bar holds the towels better and prevents them from slipping off and falling to the ground like they sometimes do with a round bar.
The matte black finish was flawless and free from any visible defects. Delta has really taken pride in providing high quality finishes on their products.
The drilling location template is included.
The box contains the mounting screws, plastic drywall anchors, and a 2mm Allen wrench to tighten the set screws (See Photo). Yes, the set screws are metric, so hang onto that Allen wrench if you don’t already have a set of metric Allen wrenches.
The only weak point of the kit was the drywall anchors. They may work fine on drywall, but if you have plaster walls they will more than likely break before you get them all the way screwed into the wall. I found this out when I went to install the 8 inch hand towel bar.
Delta provides a line of matching Annalisa products for your bathroom including hooks and toilet paper holder.
Delta has a limited lifetime warranty on this product.

Nice design, I liked the construction of this towel hand bar, its made pretty solid and mounting holes are well hidden. The only thing i didn't like about the construction of this is that the center tube isn't the same durable construction as the sides of this, but its sturdy enough. It has a nice flat black finish to go with white bathrooms or light colors.

I was really surprised when this Delta towel rack arrived with two of the same arm pieces. It can still be installed but the hanger will just will not look like the listings product picture. This is the perfect size for a hand towel. The matte black is a quality finish that looks very nice. Comes with all hardware for installation.

This bar is sturdy and attractive. Comes with all mounting hardware required. The finish is good quality painted and should hold up well. The shape of this bar is different than most common items you see making it a nice alternative if you want your bath to have a more modern look. I would use the whole lineup of these towel bars on my next project without hesitation.

The matte black towel bar works well in a bathroom with mostly black and white accents and accessories. I like the unusual design, it's so much better than the old chrome and shiny brass that was there before.
Installation is fairly typical for towel bars, you mark holes for the mounting brackets (the instruction sheet has a pre-measured template you can use for that). You'll also want a level to make sure it's nice and straight when you're done.
There were a couple of frustrating moments installing it; the drywall anchors included are the kind that you screw directly into the drywall (see photos), but these were made of soft plastic and every one of them twisted off long before they were anchored in the wall. But, I have all kinds of drywall anchors in the tool box so I grabbed an assortment and found some that did the job.
The other annoying detail was the very tiny set screw and included Allen wrench needed to tighten the towel bar to the mounting bracket. It's really tedious to get the Allen wrench in there and then tighten it a half turn at a time. Seems like there should be a better way. But it does work, and you have added a custom touch to the bathroom with not too much effort and relatively little expense.

Hand towel bar that can hold most anything you would want it to hold, very sturdy and very stylish. I can see it as a very useful item in a bathroom or even a kitchen. We had another need for it. Laundry room! First, easy to install, template makes it even easier, minimal tools required and all pretty common tools to find in most households. Installation time for the two racks I installed was less than 15 mins. I think pretty much anyone with basic DIY skills can install these. The anchor system is one of my favorite for installing screws into dry wall, but these are weak. In fact every one I tried to use broke. I was lucky enough to have the very same anchors, just a harder version on hand to complete the job. Those are available at Home Depot. There are plenty of very inexpensive and easy to use anchor systems available, the one that come with this system were just weak. Other than that, this is a great system and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to up date their towel bars. I included a picture of how it is suppose to be installed and also a picture on how we installed it for our use in the laundry room. With the top load washers reaching the bottom to pull out your laundry is a pain, so a set of pinchers are very helpful, we are using a long version of this bar to hold hangers and this one to hold our pinchers.
