With the flip of a switch this fan controls the humidity at fullspeed or at a pre-set lower level. The BreezElite Series 110 CFM Ceiling Bathroom Exhaust Fan with Adjustable Speeds and Motion and Humidity Sensor is ENERGY STAR qualified with Brushless DC Motor engineered to run continuously for a minimum 70,000 hours. It has an airflow rating of 110 CFM while operating quietly as certified by the Home Ventilating Institute (HVI). It is the perfect fit for room side installation, featuring installer-friendly pocket mounting brackets and adjustable high-speed options for an affordable price.
  • Adjustable high speed 80 or 110 CFM fan for spaces up to 110 sq. ft. while the brushless DC motor technology saves you energy with an efficiency rating of 10.6 CFM/Watt
  • The cutting-edge, long-lasting brushless DC motor is engineered to run continuously, outlasting traditional AC motor fans by 2.5 times (Minimum 70,000 continuous hours)
  • Very quiet at 0.5 sones
  • Built-in adjustable humidity sensor so that fan runs at full speed (80/110 CFM) when humidity is above the user-adjustable set-point and runs continuously at a pre-set lower level (0,50,80 CFM) when humidity is below the set-point
  • Adjustable humidity set points between -50% to -80% RH
  • Built-in motion sensor so when motion is detected, fan runs at full speed, when user leaves, fan remains running at full speed until delay time (10 minutes) has passed, then fan runs humidity control mode
  • ENERGY STAR qualified for energy efficient operation
  • UL and cUL listed for tub/shower enclosure when used with GFCI-protected branch circuit wiring
