Had to see it when I saw Delta made a Bath Fan.
Delta Electronics is a well known name in Power Supplies and fans in higher end Computers and servers. They are pretty well known to be some of the best made, which is why they're dominate in server fans running 24/7 for 3-5 years. Build quality on this fan is top notch, similar to Panasonic (I own a few), light years ahead of even the higher end Broan. Replacement wasn't too bad, took about 45 minutes. Expect it to be far better than the Broan it replaced.

    Really nice exhaust fan
This is a great little exhaust fan. It's extremely quiet when running, yet still powerful enough to handle small rooms. I used a 4" steel vent pipe arrangement about 15' long including 4 elbows to route a basement powder room vent under a staircase and out a back wall, and there is plenty of airflow. It's also well made, easy to install and looks good. One design change that would be nice is to permit venting downward in a wall installation while retaining the butterfly valve function. I had to remove it, although the vent outlet I mounted to the outside wall has one incorporated so it's not a big deal. Very happy with this fan, and it's an excellent value.

    Quiet compared to Broan
I was looking for a quiet fan. perfectly to be relax while shower, I bought it since the duct size is 3 inc. Make sure you have a pry bar to remove you existing fan from new construction! also with in cold weather run the fan 10 mins before shower so the duct get aclimate, since the duct get cold and will create condensation, specially when the duct run vertically to the roof (I learned this during my research). Finally I can listen music while shower!

Great fan! We just finished installing this in our wall because our old one was incredibly loud. And compared to the old one, this one is built so much better. The housing is better quality, wiring was super easy, and getting the fan into the housing was simple. The duct adapter works well too, we needed to buy a 3in to 4in adapter separately but it worked perfectly with this unit. It starts up silently and when it gets to full power you can just barely hear it. Love it so far!

Packaged nicely, came pretty fast. The fan itself is a compact size. The installation was pretty easy, I think a person with little experience can install it.the fan works great for a small bathroom, it is also not noisy at all compared to the old style noisy fans. I would definitely recommend to help keep the mold away!

Really quiet sometimes i don't hear it on
Really quiet sometimes i don't hear it on. I ordered two of these bathroom exhaust fans on April 22, 2020 i replaced my old one that was too loud which i kinda regret because this one is too quiet and you can hear what's going on in the bathroom. But overall super quiet no complaints there. Installation was easy a pain in the rear removing the old unit. It was installed around June 2020. Now complaint is that once it starts the fan grinds on start up. Not even 4 months and it's not working properly. I like to take hot shower and the mirror in the bathroom still fogs up. Overall really quiet, doesn't force out the steam, and it's not starting up like it use to when installed. Will not recommend it.

My older unit was Loud and did not exhaust much so I was just looking for quiet one. I am regretting bit that I should upgraded CFM at the same time as well. This unit is quiet, but not too strong for the area that I had. (Maybe it was at the boarder line to go up next grade). Install was supposed to be simple but I had so much restriction, and being different design (location of exhaust and wires) from previous model, I battled a bit but product itself is all good. Damping mechanism (little tab) pin broke so easily when I tried to put it back together after came out. So I just had to modify a bit using tiny nails. At least it is functioning( Open/close).

Purchased 2 for a remodel & am very pleased with how quiet they are. Installation was a "Breez" :). The instructions were easy to read & understand. They are a bit large but they look good installed. The suction is very good & more than enough for our guest & master bathrooms. I will be adding power to my shed & I will be installing one in it for when I'm working in it & need better ventilation in the winter time & cold days.

It’s what I needed but could be better
I managed to install two of these to replace existing ancient fans in my condo. They are what I needed and I’m just glad they fit, but there are certainly improvements to be made. For one, unlike the bigger model, this humidity sensor is not adjustable. It is set at 60% plus or minus a 10% accuracy variance. It is fine now in winter but I am unsure if this will be a problem in the summer. Attaching the duct and electrical connections could be made much easier. The duct adaptor attaches to the outside, so you have to position it before getting the box installed, which is difficult in a retrofit with minimal space; it would be better to be able to pull the duct into the box slightly and then attach the adaptor, like the Panasonic EZ supposedly allows. Similar problem with the electrical connections: for the most part it has to be done outside and above the box, although you can take the second cover off the inside to do the actual wiring from there. Also, the cover is rather small and just barely fits over the hole in the drywall. Overall not bad but could be better.
