A: My open towel ring was installed by a handy man over a year ago, never had-it any problems, make sure is properly secured..hire a HANDY MAN.....

A: That’s too bad! I have not had that problem. Perhaps it’s defective. If it’s still available I’d order a new one and return the one you have.

The hook was difficult to put up. I have used wall anchors befire, and was necessary this time, but the screws actually push them through and not staying in place. Finall, because i already had one im the wall that was secure, i got thus to hold.
